LCP: A Lightweight Communication Platform

LCP is a lightweight communication platform that uses RESTful TCP/IP requests to transfer FIPA ACL based messages between agents. The platform is intended for heterogeneous systems composed of numbers of simple agents as opposed to usual FIPA implementations. Agents can be written in any language and can communicate with each other without a need for a central platform.
